Constructive Deconstruction

This weekend has been quite horrible. My nose has been fluctuating between leaking and being clogged up and my body is screaming fatigue. I suspect it has something to do with cleaning up my room. I think all the dormant dust creatures have been released from under my prison of books and papers and whatnot and are now seeking revenge. This sucks.

On Friday, I went for the NTU Business Plan Competition Grand Finals and they were having a lucky draw. They called out some guy’s name from MAE…the guy wasn’t around(he probably left early) and his friends were like scrambling to call him! One even tried to go on stage to collect the prize for him…but it wasn’t allowed. Well, at least the guy know’s he’s got good friends. Haha. So they re-drew the name..that fellow also wasn’t around. From NBS I think. And so they re-drew.

I have never gone through a lucky draw where they had to re-draw so many times…at most once I think. Well, the 3rd time…was what sealed it. It was piece of paper…

OMFG! I was damn stunned. But superbly happy nonetheless. The prize was a Lenovo thinkpad. I have no idea what the specs are but hey, a free laptop is always good right? Woohoo!

And if that wasn’t enough, I went to Vivocity to have coffee with Jasmine. Darn, I like having coffee. But with some people, I just love it - Like Jas and Ivan and Elton…I’m sure there are more, but my nose stops me from thinking properly. Oh, I’d put Malcolm on the list but he doesn’t like coffee…so he’s one of those I love to go to MacDonalds with…haha! Anyway…Vivocity is fucking huge. It’s like the SAF should consider having their IPPT 2.4 there. They could like have 1 floor function as a track. It would be so cool. Run in aircon and can conduct like at least 5 runs as the same time.
