it’s 5.20am and I can’t sleep.

it’s a fatal concoction of crazy thoughts and migraine.

I just want to sleep peacefully for one night. Just one night. Haven’t slept without the lights and/or alarm off for the past 5 months.

This sucks. absolutely.

…and I still have a meeting at 11am later….which means i have to be up by 9am….
