October 31, 2007 on 1:03 pm | In News | 2 CommentsGoogle is launching OpenSocial on Thursday, which is a set of three common APIs, defined by Google with input from partners, that allow developers to access core functions and information at social networks - primarily profile information, friend’s information and activities.
This means that application developers should now have an easier time creating apps that run across different social networks. This is good news. Maybe not for everyone though.
