Dear 2008, We started off with a real bang didn’t we? Unlike 2007, I actually spent the eve with the family and with my newfound friends - Jean, Alice and Tianhong. And if it wasn’t wonderful enough that they were saved me a seat so that we could get a good view, we stayed out till…6am? (Ok, maybe it was partly because of the fact that there were no cabs and/or buses) But still! With so many people having gone overseas, i never did expect to have people to spend such precious days with… I remember telling friends in the last months of 2007 that I can feel that good things are coming. And I don’t mean it just for me but also for the people around me in general. I think we’re all starting to take various paths and this is the year that will propel us to become better people - if not for others, at least for ourselves. And I get more certain of it by the day… All that said, i am anxious about the future. I wonder. I worry. But I also look forward to seeing it unfold…Like my friend said to me over supper yesterday, “Either way, I think you will come back a changed man.” Ok. Ok. Resolutions. Work RelatedBring Widgeous to a membership base of 50,000Have a 20,000 membership base for Project Evolution PersonalGo on 1 holiday alone, or otherwise, to anywhere outside of SG. Spend more time with my family. Have at least 4 homely parties with my friends Wardrobe overhaul. Drop the Engineer look. HealthGet back in shape…decent 10.30 runs, 12 chinups..and abs! abs!
